More than 5 percent, or one out of every 20 searches seeking upstream Internet data on Americans inside the NSA’s so-called Section 702 database violated the safeguards Obama and his intelligence chiefs vowed to follow in 2011, according to one classified internal report reviewed by Circa.

The Obama administration self-disclosed the problems at a closed-door hearing Oct. 26 before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that set off alarm. Trump was elected less than two weeks later.

The normally supportive court censured administration officials, saying the failure to disclose the extent of the violations earlier amounted to an “institutional lack of candor” and that the improper searches constituted a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue,” according to a recently unsealed court document dated April 26, 2017.

The admitted violations undercut one of the primary defenses that the intelligence community and Obama officials have used in recent weeks to justify their snooping into incidental NSA intercepts about Americans.

Circa has reported that there was a three-fold increase in NSA data searches about Americans and a rise in the unmasking of U.S. person’s identities in intelligence reports after Obama loosened the privacy rules in 2011.

Officials like former National Security Adviser Susan Rice have argued their activities were legal under the so-called minimization rule changes Obama made, and that the intelligence agencies were strictly monitored to avoid abuses.

The intelligence court and the NSA’s own internal watchdog found that not to be true.
The American Civil Liberties Union said the newly disclosed violations are some of the most serious to ever be documented and strongly call into question the U.S. intelligence community’s ability to police itself and safeguard American’s privacy as guaranteed by the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment protections against unlawful search and seizure.

“Since 2011, NSA’s minimization procedures have prohibited use of U.S.-person identifiers to query the results of upstream Internet collections under Section 702,” the unsealed court ruling declared. “The Oct. 26, 2016 notice informed the court that NSA analysts had been conducting such queries in violation of that prohibition, with much greater frequency than had been previously disclosed to the Court.”

Speaking Wednesday on Fox News, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said there was an apparent effort under the Obama Administration to increase the number of unmaskings of Americans.
"If we determine this to be true, this is an enormous abuse of power," Paul said. “This will dwarf all other stories.”

“There are hundreds and hundreds of people,” Paul added.

The American Civil Liberties Union said the newly disclosed violations are some of the most serious to ever be documented and strongly call into question the U.S. intelligence community’s ability to police itself and safeguard American’s privacy as guaranteed by the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment protections against unlawful search and seizure.
“I think what this emphasizes is the shocking lack of oversight of these programs,” said Neema Singh Guliani, the ACLU’s legislative counsel in Washington. 
“You have these problems going on for years that only come to the attention of the court late in the game and then it takes additional years to change its practices.
“I think it does call into question all those defenses that we kept hearing, that we always have a robust oversight structure and we have culture of adherence to privacy standards,” she added. “And the headline now is they actually haven’t been in compliance for years and the FISA court itself says in its opinion is that the NSA suffers from a culture of a lack of candor.”
The NSA acknowledged it self-disclosed the mass violations to the court last fall and that in April it took the extraordinary step of suspending the type of searches that were violating the rules, even deleting prior collected data on Americans to avoid any further violations.
“NSA will no longer collect certain internet communications that merely mention a foreign intelligence target,” the agency said in the statement that was dated April 28 and placed on its Web site without capturing much media or congressional attention.
In question is the collection of what is known as upstream “about data”about an American that is collected even though they were not directly in contact with a foreigner that the NSA was legally allowed to intercept.
The NSA said it doesn't have the ability to stop collecting ‘about’ information on Americans, “without losing some other important data. ” It, however, said it would stop the practice to “reduce the chance that it would acquire communication of U.S. persons or others who are not in direct contact with a foreign intelligence target.”
The NSA said it also plans to “delete the vast majority of its upstream internet data to further protect the privacy of U.S. person communications.”

Agency officials called the violations “inadvertent compliance lapses.” But the court and IG documents suggest the NSA had not developed a technological way to comply with the rules they had submitted to the court in 2011.
Officials "explained that NSA query compliance is largely maintained through a series of manual checks" and had not "included the proper limiters" to prevent unlawful searches, the NSA internal watchdog reported in a top secret report in January that was just declassified. A new system is being developed now, officials said.
The NSA conducts thousand of searches a year on data involving Americans and the actual numbers of violations were redacted from the documents Circa reviewed.
But a chart in the report showed there three types of violations, the most frequent being 5.2 percent of the time when NSA Section 702 upstream data on U.S. persons was searched.
The inspector general also found  noncompliance between 0.7 percent and 1.4 percent of the time involving NSA activities in which there was a court order to target an American for spying  but the rules were still not followed. Those activities are known as Section 702 and Section 705 spying.

The IG report spared few words for the NSA’s efforts before the disclosure to ensure it was complying with practices, some that date to rules issued in 2008 in the final days of the Bush administration and others that Obama put into effect in 2011.
“We found that the Agency controls for monitoring query compliance have not been completely developed,” the inspector general reported, citing problems ranging from missing requirements for documentation to the failure to complete controls that would ensure “query compliance.”
The NSA’s Signal Intelligence Directorate, the nation’s main foreign surveillance arm, wrote a letter back to the IG saying it agreed with the findings and that “corrective action plans” are in the works.

Several of Lynch’s emails were included in 413 pages of DOJ documents provided to the conservative groups Judicial Watch and the American Center for Law and Justice. Both groups had filed lawsuits for records regarding Lynch’s controversial meeting with President Bill Clinton at the Phoenix airport last June 27.
Using the pseudonym “Elizabeth Carlisle,” Lynch corresponded with DOJ press officials to hammer out talking points in response to media requests about the meeting. She wanted to be sure to cover her tracks and minimize the impact by working with lackeys in the press corp at the NY Times and the Washington post and alphabet Networks.

The tarmac was exposed by a lone reporter on the ground and  rightfully encountered criticism from conservatives because Lynch was overseeing the federal investigation into whether Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information on her private email system.
The meeting was revealed not by Lynch in her testimony, Clinton, the FBI under James Comey or the Justice Department but by a reporter in Phoenix working based on a tip.

On June 28, a reporter with Phoenix’s ABC News affiliate contacted the Justice Department to inquire about the meeting. Internal DOJ emails show that the request touched off a mad-dash to develop talking points and statements to respond to the developing story.
Just remember that Loretta Lynch is supposed to be the top Law enforcement Officer in the land.. and she is up to her eyeballs in CRIME to COVER UP Hillary's Crimes. Bought and Paid for based on Idelogy and Skin Color. Lynch, using the Elizabeth Carlisle account, which was hosted on the Justice Department’s system, was involved in directing those discussions.
Crooks cover their tracks in the hope they do not get caught. Eric Holder hiding information to protect Obama used the alias “Lew Alcindor” — the birth name of NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar — as his email handle until he left DOJ in 2015.
The Carlisle emails were discovered over the weekend by followers of Reddit accounts that support President Trump. Some users developed the theory that Lynch used her grandmother’s name as a her pseudonym. Others concluded that Lynch broke the law by using a pseudonym, though it is not illegal for government officials to do so unless they do it in the interpreting or covering up of a CRIME.

In one email, sent just minutes after ABC News inquired about the tarmac meeting, Melanie Newman, the director of DOJ’s public affairs office at the time, wrote an email to the Elizabeth Carlisle account that she addressed to “AG Lynch.” 

This shows that the Alphabet Networks were partners in the crime since they already knew the Loretta Lynch secret email address.
Lynch responded later in the day to Newman and other DOJ officials.
“Thanks to all who worked on this,” reads the reply, which was ended with the initials “AG.”
Using the Carlisle account, Lynch was involved in several other email exchanges discussing drafts of talking points regarding her interaction with Clinton. We are certain that these were not the only times she used this email. She has used this email to direct payers of bribes and kickbacks to certain secret accounts in payment for her roles in the various schemes cooked up by the Clinton Gang. Nobody does illegal things for FREE!!
On June 29, Newman sent an email to the account — again with a greeting for “AG Lynch” — containing TV clips of news coverage of the airport encounter.
Lynch then went on to lie and downplay her meeting with Clinton, even though it had significant influence on the Clinton email probe. This is the Obstruction of Justice that the new Trump Justice Department must investigate!

The laws in this country were not written for the Citizen and excluded the Political connected and the Law Enforcers.
 
Lynch lied then that the former president boarded her airplane uninvited and spoke for about 30 minutes with her and her husband. She said that the conversation centered on grandchildren and other mundane issues like golf. Another lie.  She has insisted that the Hillary Clinton email investigation was not discussed. Another lie. Heads must roll for such abuses of power and lying!
Cornered Lynch reluctantly relinquished control over the email investigation after acknowledging that the meeting could be interpreted in a negative light. ( Yeah Right!!) Then she passed the baton onto another crook. He was instructed what was to be said and done to cover for Hillary.
FBI Director James Comey stepped in to oversee the investigation, which came to an end on July 5 when he gave a press conference announcing that charges would not be filed against Clinton. This was all part of the crooked dealings of the past administration.

Though Comey said that there was not enough evidence to prosecute the former secretary of state, he criticized her carelessness in using a private email account to send and receive classified information.
Other Obama administration officials have been caught using email aliases.
Tarmac Meeting
Another bombshell revealed in ACLJ’s release concerns several of the emails obtained address the secretive “tarmac” meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch, which happened right around the time the Obama administration began issuing FOIA requests to unmask the Trump team.
Per ACLJ:

One with the subject line “FLAG”was correspondence between FBI officials (Richard Quinn, FBI Media/Investigative Publicity, and Michael Kortan) and DOJ officials concerning “flag[ing] a story . . . about a casual, unscheduled meeting between former president Bill Clinton and the AG.” The DOJ official instructs the FBI to “let me know if you get any questions about this” and provides “[o]ur talkers [DOJ talking points] on this”. The talking points, however are redacted.

Another email to the FBI contains the subject line “security details coordinate between Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton?”

On July 1, 2016 – just days before our FOIA request – a DOJ email chain under the subject line, “FBI just called,” indicates that the “FBI . . . is looking for guidance” in responding to media inquiries about news reports that the FBI had prevented the press from taking pictures of the Clinton Lynch meeting. The discussion then went off email to several phone calls (of which we are not able to obtain records). An hour later, Carolyn Pokomy of the Office of the Attorney General stated, “I will let Rybicki know.” Jim Rybicki was the Chief of Staff and Senior Counselor to FBI Director Jim Comey. The information that was to be provided to Rybicki is redacted.

Lynch had previously said that the tarmac meeting was ‘unscheduled’ described as an ‘ambush’ by former President Bill Clinton, and that she ‘wouldn’t do it again.’ The ACLJ’s document dump suggests otherwise, as the FBI and DOJ scrambled to do damage control.

It has been exposed that crooks and Cohorts in the schemes tied to the Obama cabal all used phony names and aliases to cover their illegal acts.

Here’s  the blow by blow in this scam

Rushing to enact the giant Obamacare bill in March 2010, Congress voted itself out of its own employer-sponsored health insurance coverage—the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP).
Section 1312(d)(3)(D) required members of Congress and staff to enroll in the new health insurance exchange system. But in pulling out of the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, they also cut themselves off from their employer-based insurance contributions.

(It should be noted that, before final passage, Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, offered an amendment that would have provided Federal Employees Health Benefits Program subsidies for congressional enrollees in Obamacare, but Senate Democrats defeated it on a procedural vote, 56-43.)

Obamacare’s insurance subsidies for ordinary Americans are generous, but capped by income. No one with an annual income over $47,080 gets a subsidy. That’s well below typical Capitol Hill salaries. Members of Congress make $174,000 annually, and many on their staff have impressive, upper-middle-class paychecks.


So, let’s follow the thickening plot:
Act One—Congress Has a Panic Attack
Realizing what they had done, Congressional leaders sought desperately to get fatter taxpayer subsidies in the Obamacare exchange system. In a nutshell, they wanted special funding unavailable to other Americans. The standard excuse was that, without a special “sweetener,” a Capitol Hill “brain drain” would ensue; the best and brightest would flee to the private sector to get more affordable employment-based coverage.

From 2010 to 2013, House and Senate leaders schemed to get extra taxpayer subsidies—past “the Tea Party rabble”—without a lot of noise, and secure a nice, quiet “administrative” remedy from the Obama administration.

Their hopes centered on a compliant Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the agency that administers the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, providing the unauthorized relief. No recorded votes. No ugly floor fights.

Act Two—Congress Gets Taxpayers’ Money Without Appropriating It 

Anticipating an attempted “end run” around the law, on August 2, 2013, the Heritage Foundation published a detailed paper outlining the legislative history of the controversy. The analysis concluded that neither the Affordable Care Act nor Chapter 89 of Title V (the law governing the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program) authorized the transfer of monies in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program trust fund for use in health plans outside of the program.

Shortly thereafter, on August 13, 2013, Timothy Jost, professor of law at Washington and Lee University, wrote in his Health Affairs Blog:

“The exchanges are only open to individuals and small employers. No large employers can participate in the exchange, at least not yet. There is no provision, therefore for large employers, including the largest—the United States government—to pay for exchange coverage.
“Digging into the role of former House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid,D-Nev., on Oct. 1, 2013, Politico reported, ‘OPM initially ruled that lawmakers and staffers couldn’t receive the subsidies once they went into the exchanges.’”

But, at a July 31 closed-door meeting with Senate Democrats, President Obama had promised he would “fix” the mess they made of their health coverage.

So, on August 7, 2013, just as Congress was getting out of town for the August recess, OPM ruled that members of Congress and staff enrolled in the exchange program would get Federal Employees Health Benefits Program subsidies, even though they were no longer in the program.

Act Three—Congress Magically Becomes a "Small Business" with under 50 employees.

In a second iteration of its rule-making, OPM declared that Congress and staff were eligible to enroll in the Washington D.C. “SHOP” Exchange, a health insurance exchange reserved for small businesses with fewer than 50 employees. The exchange offers special insurance subsidies to participating small businesses.

The problem was, of course, that Congress is not a “small business,” at least under any clinically sane definition of the term, and no section of the Affordable Care Act provided for any congressional exemption from the ban on large-employer participation in the SHOP exchanges. It’s hard to imagine a more arbitrary ruling.

Act Four—Congressional Bureaucrats File False Paperwork
In filing to get the special insurance subsidies for enrolling lawmakers and their staff members in the D.C. “SHOP” Exchange , congressional officials claimed that the Senate and House each had only 45 employees. That false information allowed both chambers to meet the magic number requirement.

In Feb. 2015, Sen. David Vitter, R-La., a member of the Senate’s Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee, attempted to subpoena these un-redacted documents, only to be stymied by all nine Committee Democrats and five Republicans.

According to National Review, Sen.Vitter’s effort was opposed by the Senate leadership. As for the five Committee Republicans, they alibied their votes with excuses that ranged from the merely lame to the transparently absurd.

Now the issue is simmering again. This month, Michael Cannon of the CATO Institute and John Malcolm, director of The Heritage Foundation’s Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, wrote in The Hill:

“Documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show that unnamed officials who administer benefits for Congress made clearly false statements when they applied to have the House and Senate participate in D.C.’s ‘SHOP’ Exchange for 2014. Notably, they claimed the 435 member House had only 45 members and 45 staffers, while the 100-member Senate had only 45 employees total. Rather than a good faith clerical error, this was an intentional falsehood, which makes it a crime under both federal and D.C. law.”CROOKS! THEY ARE ALL CROOKS!

There is a longtime and incestuous relationship between the fixers who have been tasked with taking down President Trump, under the fake narrative of enforcing the law.  James Comey worked in the DOJ directly under Mueller until 2005. Rod Rosenstein and Mueller go even further back.

James Comey wasn’t just some associate of Mueller back then, but rather his protégé.  Under the George W. Bush presidency, when Comey was serving as Deputy Attorney General under John Ashcroft, Robert Mueller was Comey’s go-to guy when he needed help.  The two men, as it came to light years later, conspired to disobey potential White House orders to leave Ashcroft alone when he was incapacitated in March of 2004.  These two men, when together, will not obey orders if they think they know better.  Being filled with hubris and almost two decades of doing just about anything they want, they always think they know better.

Rod Rosenstein, current Deputy Attorney General under Attorney General Jeff Sessions, is also a member of the Mueller Gang, having worked directly under Robert Mueller at the Department of Justice as far back as 1990. 

When Comey was still working as the Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division for the U.S. Attorney’s office in New York, Mueller and Rosenstein were becoming thick as thieves.

We look back at Rod’s loyal work for Hillary Clinton, when he became a clean-up man for the Clinton Administration as an Associate Independent Counsel from 1995 until 1997. He supervised the investigation that found no basis for criminal prosecution of White House officials who had obtained classified FBI background reports. He did a great job covering for the Team Bill Clinton, including covering for Hillary, as she was one of the people who had access to the reports, and may have even requested them. Convenient for the Clintons, no indictments were filed.

Having proven his loyalty to the powers that be, Rosenstein was appointed to work in the US Office of the Independent Counsel under Ken Starr on the Whitewater Investigation into then President Bill Clinton. By some miracle, or clever work by insiders, the Clintons escaped culpability once again.  Rod wasn’t alone, he had help from his co-worker James Comey, who was also making sure the Clintons were exonerated during the Whitewater affair.

Here is Robert Mueller, sitting in the middle of his two wunderkinds, making sure the path before them is smooth and obstacle free, and practically shepherding their careers along the way. 

So is it any wonder that once Jeff Sessions shamelessly recused himself from the Russia Collusion Conspiracy investigation and turned it over to his deputy Rod Rosenstein, that Rosenstein would reach out to his old mentor for help?  Who is surprised when three of the top lawman fixers for the Clinton/Bush cabal have axes in their eyes for President Donald J. Trump?

Media Research Center found that 91% of the news about President Trump on the three major networks was negative to him. The Harvard Kennedy School’s Shorenstein Center found that during the presidential campaign, the major media outlets were negative towards Trump 77% of the time. The IBD/TIPP poll reported that 55% of Americans said they had less trust in the media as a result of the 2016 campaign coverage. Finally, the Media Research Center/You Gov Poll conducted on November 9th found that 70% of the responders did not feel the news media was honest and truthful.

Much has been said about the ‘Three Horsemen,’ united against Trump: the Media, Hollywood, and the Democratic Party. I think the best person to defend what you believe is you. Remember when a felony was committed by Rachel Maddow of MSNBC when she illegally released on her show President Trump’s tax return for 2005. The government has the responsibility under the law to keep tax returns confidential. Do you think that she was releasing it to prove that Trump was a good guy? Did she want to prove that Trump did pay $38 million dollars in federal income taxes? She is part of the Infiltrators.

Death by queueing is the inevitable result of government control of healthcare spending.

Government run Healthcare WILL HAVE TO CREATE...dangerous wait lines. Yes, waiting in line for a Doctor who will accept your insurance... will Kill a lot of you. Here are the FACTS!

Having Insurance Coverage is Not the same as using your Insurance coverage to get TREATED when you need to.

More and More Doctors.. (yes the actual care givers not the slick guys in suits or the mildly assuring Hispanic woman on a Government created website pitching great prices and "Guaranteed Coverage" in an "Insurance Contract").. fear that there is going to be a lot of death of patients “by queueing.” If you are enamored with ObamaCare or any other form of government controlled healthcare — single payer, socialized medicine, universal health care, Medicaid, and Medicare — prepare yourself. IT DOES NOT WORK! PERIOD.. Unless you can wait for treatment. Wait like 2-3 Months for Treatment.

"A queue" is the British word for people waiting in line. Death by queueing means you wait so long for the medical care you need that the disease gets you before the doctor does. Sound farfetched?
Following are just three examples of government healthcare causing death by queueing. 

Here are some ways that death by queuing has occurred:
In 2014, newspaper headlines in 72-point font were describing American veterans dying while waiting for their requests for medical care to be processed. An internal audit titled “Review of alleged mismanagement at the [VA] Health Eligibility Center” was released in 2015. It confirmed the allegations reporting, “As many as 307,000 veterans may have died [within the U.S.] waiting for medical care.”
 
In 1998, a Canadian surgeon named Ciaran McNamee sued the Alberta Provincial government offering proof that Canadians were dying in their single payer healthcare system while waiting for desperately needed and approved surgical procedures. There were either too few nurses or doctors, or insufficient operating rooms to deliver lifesaving care in time.

On Nov. 23, 2016, an Illinois Department of Human Services report confirmed that 752 Illinois Medicaid enrollees died while waiting for approved medical care. The state of Illinois expanded its Medicaid program in May 2013, which translates to 18 avoidable deaths per month just in the Prairie state due to the Affordable Care Act. That is death by queueing number three — enemy action.

Who is the enemy? Why is this happening?

When the government decides where healthcare dollars go, they pay the bureaucracy (themselves) first. Health care services—both people and facilities — must make do with the leftovers. ObamaCare reduced Medicare reimbursements to doctors (and thereby cut medical services to enrollees) by $716 billion in order to expand the federal healthcare bureaucracy. They are the enemy within.

Medicaid is worse and more obvious. Expansion of the program produced millions who were newly covered persons along with a massive increase in the cost of benefit packages. To pay all those bureaucratic costs, payments to care providers had to be slashed.
In New Mexico following Medicaid expansion, the Medicaid program had a 2017 shortfall of $416 million. To balance the program budget, they cut reimbursements to Medicaid doctors by an average of five percent. That decrease was imposed on already low Medicaid payments to doctors. 

Thus in New Mexico, Illinois, and most likely each of the other 30 states that expanded Medicaid, the following unfolded. The federal government mandated “better” benefits to millions of newly insured persons and massively expanded the bureaucracy to verify and distribute those benefits. To pay all these new bureaucratic costs, money had to be taken away from care services.

While death by budget is also an accurate description, it is important to keep focus on who is being hurt — the patients — more than how. That is why we should call what is happening death by queueing: We the Patients are dying while standing and waiting in line.

Many analysts predicted these unfortunate consequences of the ill-conceived structure of ObamaCare. More people would demand care and would expect to get it. After all, the President Obama promised us, “all the care Americans deserve.” Meanwhile, there are fewer and fewer dollars to pay providers so there are fewer and fewer providers. More patients plus less doctors equals longer and longer wait times for care until you have death by queueing.

As long as a central authority called government has the power to allocate your healthcare spending, it will pay its bureaucracy before it pays for your medical needs. 

The U.S. has spent trillions of dollars for new healthcare bureaucrats and to implement millions of pages of rules and regulations. There is not enough money remaining to build Burn Units or operating rooms; pediatricians are paid less than the driver who delivers the Enfamil; and rural hospitals have to cut nursing staff in order to cover payroll.

He was "selected" by the folks behind the curtain to front their plan. He ran with their agenda and brought it to the final lap and handed the baton off to the next runner they had chosen. Hillary Clinton.

It is a compartmentalized network of organizations, inside and outside the government, that claim that they are doing nothing illegal as individual groups because they are technically following the rules within each compartment, but the sheer scope of the illegality lies in the covert coordination between these “revolutionary cells” infecting our country.

It is a criminal conspiracy of unprecedented scope. Above all else, it is the most direct attack yet on a country in which governments are elected by the people, not by powerful forces within the government.

Its like as though some third world Despot bought the Coca Cola Brand and filled the cans with Poison that the unsuspecting Consumer drinks because he believes it is"COCA-COLA". Too late when they are dead right?

Trusting fools watch the Media and Vote Democrat without really understanding that the names mean nothing .. the content and ideology does. CNN is not lying and attacking Trump for ratings! That's a bunch of crap. That very idea is so myopic. Its like a man selling one of the wheels of his car for profit while he trying to get to a destination. The socialist/Marxist found a great logical cover to blame America for all manner of alleged sins in the past and determined to transform the United States into a socialist/Marxist Oligarchy that would serve a powerful few who would then step out from behind the shadows and enter the mainstream of national legitimacy. The Bill Ayers and The Bernie Sanders and The Bill Deblasios of the world who fronted for the bigger fish .. the George Soros who hid in the shadows and Cherry picked Useful nobodies to front for them based on their popularity and charisma. They infiltrated the entertainment Industry so as influence the popular culture as well. Hittler did it and it worked right ? Remember Leni Riefenstahl?

This swarm of locusts soon enveloped the higher levels of academia spawning countless clones to further infiltrate all strata of society -- most notably the mainstream media, the entertainment complex and the ultimate target: the Democratic Party. These vital segments of the culture are now instruments of indoctrination, propaganda and political power.

The curriculum throughout all levels of schooling and the scripts of movies and television shows were gradually but inexorably altered to reflect the American left’s mindset, not only about governing, but their determination to undermine basic societal moral and religious underpinning as a necessary step in assuring that an eventual ill-educated and dependent populace would look to a government controlled by a single political party as their savior and provider. 

Over the past fifty years, as the foundation of the United States was being stealthily eroded, the vast majority of the American people slumbered content in unprecedented peace and prosperity. Regardless of who was in the White House or in control of Congress, no one has been able or willing, as by-product of this public apathy, to curtail the incessant spread of so-called Progressivism in the nation’s institutions as well as the exponential growth of government with its tentacles increasingly intertwined in the day-to-day lives of all Americans.

But believe it or not.. even right up to 2008 America was still a right of center country, as less than 20% of the populace identified themselves as liberal or in favor of an all-powerful central government and over 80% self identified as religious. 

It was clear that it would take at least 15 to 20 years of public and political indifference and another fully indoctrinated generation before the tenets of socialism/Marxism would completely envelop the nation and its social and political institutions, thus being impossible to ever reverse.
It was at this point that Barack Obama was thrust upon the scene. No nominee in the history of the United States was less qualified to be president, as he had no accomplishments or executive experience except to be steeped in socialist/Marxist ideology and tactics. Nonetheless due to a extraordinary confluence of circumstances -- the self-inflicted and near universal unpopularity of George W. Bush, a catastrophic financial meltdown six weeks before the presidential election, uninspiring and feckless opposition in the primaries and the general election and, most importantly, the unique factor of skin color -- he was elected President. 

With the ascendancy of Barack Obama to the White House the acolytes of the American Left, in their giddiness over the election of a fellow traveler, abandoned all pretext of moderation. Their adherence to the scorched earth tactics of Saul Alinski, open and unabashed advocacy of socialist/Marxist tenets, the depths to which they had infiltrated American society and the Democratic Party quickly began to come into focus. 

8 years of LEFTIST UNABASHED veering away from the Constitution during the Obama administration and the ongoing rampage of the Left, it is clear for all to see what future was going to look like with heir Apparent Hillary Clinton anointed by the Soros KLAN...it was a sure bet that the dismantling of the Republic of America was a given thing and the long term reign of this cabal was a given thing:

The Supreme Court was one justice away from being dominated by politically motivated leftists, . Yes they had assassinated Justice Scalia and four of whom who were already in place had proven themselves to be hell bent on relegating the Constitution to the dustbin of history and replacing it with the Left’s agenda.

In due course, freedom of speech, religion and the press will be what the central government and courts, controlled by one party, allow it to be.

All macro-economic activity will be determined by Washington D.C., and in order to continue to operate major corporations, their managements will have to be subservient to the central government per the basic tenets of fascism. Small business formation will be severely curtailed as the federal regulatory state determines who and what business can be formed.

The power and independence of the individual states will be vastly eroded as the courts and the power of the purse emanating from Washington will force them into compliance with the whims of the “Democratic Party”.

The “Republican Party” had already started to show signs of being a fearful junior partner eager to ensure that those who were lucky and blessed enough to be elected as the juggernaut of the left stomped through State after State implanting large swathes of illegal aliens who would one day be conferred the right to vote Democrat so that they left could pretend that they had WON legally and Democratically.

The Republicans would cease to effectively exist except as a token opposition party, Look at California for a good model of the future! The ‘Democrat Party with the Judges in their camp… would change political funding laws and the Media that had been steadily infiltrated over the decades NOW felt UNAFRAID TO COME OUT AND SHOW THEIR TRUE COLORS. THE MEDIA WAS THEM.. THEY HAD TAKEN OVER THAT TOO! The media was now in effect controlled by the Socialist Marxists. It was a like a corporate takeover. All in the open and all seemingly innocuous.
They planned to create the permanent massive underclass encompassing over 50% of the population as a result of central planning, massive open door immigration, the near non-existence of new business formation and the inability of the country to weather the next global financial crisis. They and the remnant of the middle class that remains will be increasingly dependent on government largess as the national debt approaches 200% of a declining Gross Domestic Product and the nation lives under a constant threat of hyper-inflation.

America was ripe for the taking.

The Cabal with Obama as its figure head was also making sure that The United States would, in due course, become a hollow military power unable to play a role on the world stage as other government expenditures and a declining standard of living render defense spending moot. As a result the country will find itself under increasing level of domestic attacks by terrorists spawned in the Middle East and acting as agents of America’s enemies. China will take over the status as the world’s super power as the United States voluntarily casts itself into a subservient role. A perfect coup to ensure that there would be no resistance to the take over.

Eventually this nation as we know it will cease to exist as a violent reaction to all the above will eventuate in a revolution which may and could split the country into three or four independent nations.

THAT’S WAS THE SCENARIO AS THE LEFT CROWED ABOUT THE CHANCE OF DONALD TRUMP SUCCEEDING… THEN ON NOVEMBER THE 8th 2016… WE PLACED DONALD TRUMP IN OFFICE AGAINST ALL ODDS… TO REPRESENT OUR HOPES AND ASPIRATIONS TO STOP THIS PLAN AND RESTORE OUR HOPES AND DREAMS.

That’s when the SABOTAGE BEGAN OF THIS ADMINISTRATION BEGAN. Decades of Socialist Marxist planning was slipping away. They suddenly recognized that AMERICA might actually be able to recover. At long last "We the People" were awake and ready to fight back.
That meant that their big plan, that was crafted with such meticulous planning might actually be destroyed. THE WHOLE ALIEN BEING THAT WAS HIDING IN THE SHADOWS IN AMERICA WAS FORCED TO PRESENT ITSELF AND IT BEGAN THE EPIC BATTLE FOR AMERICA. Like a cancer that resists the treatment the war for the body was on. One to restore it and the other to destroy it.

The Trojan Horse Fighters emerged from the bowels of the Horse with drawn swords and are fighting in the streets.

The “DEMOCRAT PARTY” and the Unions and the University Leaders and the School Teachers and the Media and the Useful Idiots and the Climate Change Morons, The Hollywood Propaganda machine, the Federal Judges, The News Papers and the Media Conglomerates have all exposed their true colors because for them suddenly.. it’s a BATTLE FOR THE COUNTRY. They will go all out in 2020. They lost once they do not plan to lose a second time. Just like al Quaeda. They got the world trade center attack right the second time. Do not wait till the end of the election cycle. They are rigging the elections right now.

Yes we had seen them before. Yes they looked like Regular Americans .. they look like you and me but they are not. They are the foot soldiers in the BATTLE FOR AMERICA . ONE SIDE IS ORGANIZED AND ARRAYED… OUR SIDE IS LOOKING A LITTLE CONFUSED.

One side will win. I pray we who have greater numbers and more guns and fire power and for a short window we have Donald Trump as our Commander in Chief. We have the Military on our side with General Mattis as Defense Secretary. I hope Mattis still has a fire in his belly! He did not heed the call to start the Revolution against Obama when called and stayed coyly in the shadows when we begged to lead. 

IF WE DO NOT COME TOGETHER AND FIGHT BACK AND WIN.. WE WILL LOSE IT ALL.
